Sebastian O'Brien is a musician, a writer, a journalist, an actor, and a director as well.

He made a name for himself in the Boston Rock scene in bands such as Groovebutcher, The Ghost of Tony Gold, and OBEY. In 1999, he relocated to Los Angeles and started a new band, The Mercy Sweet . He has also joined up with the band Roomtone, as bassist.

When not playing music, he has written for Mommie and I are One magazine and MEAN magazine. 

A founding partner of Probot, Sebastian was writer and co-producer of Alien 5 and provided the voices of Bishop, Tweekie and Mr. Chimpums. He also was the sound editor for Alien 5 and FARRAH! Episode One.
Sebastian's directorial debut, BARABAJAGAL, is a surreal tale of monsters and superheroes. Sebastian wrote, filmed, performed as puppeteer, edited and provided most of the voices all himself.

The script for Probot's latest movie, ALIEN 5², was written by Sebastian. Several of Sebastian's voices were reprised for this sequel. He was also one of the main puppeteers and the sound engineer for the project.
